Leah Ann Early is a contemporary collage artist based on the South Coast of NSW. Working with salvaged publications from the 1960s and 70s, she composes paintings without paint, orchestrating colour, shape and movement through carefully cut fragments. Her work renews vintage ephemera into tactile compositions that feel soft, rhythmic and alive.
Cat Leach is an artist and designer working across painting, digital art and visual storytelling. Based in Narooma, she draws deep inspiration from the far south coast, from diving in the turquoise waters to hiking its headlands. Her work translates these immersions into vibrant, psychedelic landscapes filled with shifting light, reflection and motion.
Together in Coastal Contours, Leah Ann Early and Cat Leach explore the meeting of tide and tone. Their works in collage, acrylic painting and digital art intersect through layered colour, contour and rhythm, inspired by the changing light of far south coast horizons and shorelines.
